The Worlds Best Fudge
Today, I’m taking a stroll down memory lane and sharing a cherished recipe that’s been a constant in my life—Mom’s classic fudge. Every Christmas, my mom and I would make this fudge recipe together and it’s truly the best fudge I’ve ever had. I’ve been making this gooey, chocolaty delight since I can remember, and now it’s time to spread the joy to you. Get ready to become the hostess with the hostess when you make this fudge for any party!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups sugar
- 10 oz evaporated milk
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 1 12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 7 oz chocolate bar (milk chocolate)
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
- First things first, grab a saucepan and give it a little love by buttering its sides.
- In the same saucepan, add in—evaporated milk, butter, and sugar. Keep stirring until you hit the boiling point, then dial it down to medium heat. Once you’re on medium heat, stir the ingredients for 10 minutes while it “candies”.
- After 10 minutes, remove from the heat and add in vanilla, chocolate chips, and the beloved chocolate bar and the fluff.
- Stir hard for one minute until it is all silky.
- Spread your chocolate mixture into a prepared pan.
And there you have it—Mom’s classic fudge, ready to steal the spotlight at any gathering or be devoured in the comfort of your own kitchen. The best part? You get to savor the sweet memories with each delicious bite.
This could also be a fun tradition to start with YOUR loved ones! Let me know if you decide to make it for the holidays or just an event you go to!
Enjoy!
