Sleepy Girl Mocktail
Recently I have been getting into Mocktails. It’s probably a combination of I hate being hungover but also, realizing that a fun drink in the evenings is always a good idea.
I stumbled upon ‘The Sleepy Girl Mocktail’ on Tik Tok recently so decided to make my own and my own rendition of it.
I decided to also add in a little rosemary for the Holidays because, well, why not – I love a good aesthetically pleasing drink!
Now, before you get started, you will OF COURSE need fun glasses to make your drink in. These are my two favorites…

Benefits of The Sleepy Girl Mocktail
There actually are a lot of sleep benefits to this cocktail besides the fact of not being hungover. This mocktail calls for Tarte Cherry Juice which contains high amounts of melatonin, a natural chemical that helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle. Tart cherries also contain anti-inflammatory compounds that may be involved in enhancing sleep quality.
How to Make The Sleepy Girl Mocktail
1/2-1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (depends how acidic you like your drink)
1/4 cup cherry juice
Top the rest of your glass off with a seltzer of your choice.
Add Ice.
Honestly, this drink is the EASIEST ever and what’s even better is that it’s aesthetically pleasing and can be a holiday drink because of the ‘cherry juice’ color!
